Abu Dhabi, UAE, 20 February, 2010: The Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies (GCAS) today announced that it signed an agreement with the Joint Aviation Authorities Training Organisation (JAA TO) in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, marking the future co-operation between the organisations which would see training to European aviation standards, offered to GCAS students.
